Who we are

AspaSolutions is a catalog onboarding service based in Greece, operating the website aspasolutions.com. For anything in this policy, reach us at contact@aspasolutions.com.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the contact form on this site:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your platform or company name, if you give one
• Whatever you write in the message field

We do not ask for anything else, and we do not buy or enrich this data from other sources.

Why we use it

To read your message and reply to it, and to carry out any work you go on to ask us for. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and, where work follows, performance of a contract with you.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it does not fingerprint you, does not build a profile, and cannot follow you to other sites. There is nothing to opt into, so there is no cookie banner.

Third parties

Two services are involved in running this site:

• Formspree — receives contact form submissions, forwards them to our inbox, and retains a copy in our account. It only sees anything if you actually use the contact form. See Formspree's privacy policy.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — counts page views so we know which pages are read. Cookieless, no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking, and no profile is built about you. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Nothing else on this page reaches a third party. The typefaces are served from our own domain rather than from Google Fonts, so reading this site sends your IP address to nobody but our host and Cloudflare.

Our web hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, as any host does.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within 12 months. If we end up working together, we keep correspondence for as long as the working relationship lasts, plus any period Greek law requires us to retain business records.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct anything inaccurate
• Delete it
• Restrict or object to how we use it

Email contact@aspasolutions.com and we will action it within one month, free of charge.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα) at dpa.gr.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Messages land in a password-protected mailbox. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold deliberately small.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
